Organizer terms

These apply to anyone who runs an official city hub (for example the AI & Assistants hubs).

No spam. Don't mass-message members, sell their information, or post things they didn't sign up for.

Sponsors are always labeled. Paid placements must be clearly marked as sponsored.

Respond to members. Review join requests and intros, and answer questions within a reasonable time.

Keep at least two admins in every group chat (XChat, Telegram, WhatsApp or Discord), so the community never depends on one account.

The city belongs to the hub team, not one person. stx.channel can reassign a city after 60 days of inactivity from the lead, or after real complaints from members.

30-day provisional period. Approved city hubs start as provisional. Finish the "Make it official" checklist within 30 days to become the official hub; otherwise the city may reopen.
